Terms of Service – FluxPlay.TV

By purchasing or using IPTV subscriptions or reseller services from FluxPlay.TV, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Nature of Service

  • FluxPlay.TV provides access to IPTV subscriptions and reseller panels only.

  • We do not host, own, or control any broadcast content. All channels and VOD content are provided by third-party suppliers.

  • Channel line-ups and content libraries are subject to change (update, removal, replacement) without prior notice.

2. Subscription Rules

  • 1 subscription = 1 connection. Using multiple devices at the same time with one subscription is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

  • Clients must provide accurate device information (device type, model, app, MAC address if applicable).

  • If no device information is provided, we will deliver the subscription in M3U format. This format cannot be later changed.

  • Server maintenance may occur without notice; temporary buffering, freezing, or interruptions are normal in IPTV services.

3. Delivery

  • Subscription credentials are usually delivered via email within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

  • Proof of activation (screenshot with expiration date) will be sent to the registered email.

4. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal, Stripe, crypto, or other listed gateways.

  • All cards must be 3D-secure authenticated.

  • If a payment fails, contact your bank to authorize the transaction.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Subscriptions end automatically at the expiration of the paid period. No notice is required to cancel or put on hold.

6. Resellers

  • Reseller panels are provided with the agreed credits.

  • FluxPlay.TV does not provide technical support for third-party reseller panels beyond activation.

7. Content & Copyright

  • FluxPlay.TV does not claim rights to any media content.

  • All channels, logos, and VOD are the property of their respective owners.

  • Copyright issues must be taken up directly with the content providers.

  • By posting or sharing any content on our platform, you confirm that you own or are authorized to use it.

8. Accounts & Responsibilities

  • Users must be 18+ years old to register.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • Unauthorized use, sharing, or reselling of accounts is strictly prohibited.

  • We may terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • FluxPlay.TV does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • We are not liable for losses caused by:

    • Internet/ISP restrictions.

    • Device incompatibility.

    • Third-party server changes or channel removals.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the current subscription.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
